Alfa Laval’s technological improvements in olive oil processing helped the Il Frantolio grow and win prizes

The Il Frantolio olive oil mill process around 30-5,000 tons of olives. 80% from other growers and 20% our own olives. Their farm is organic, with 70 different olive varieties. They have continuous processing of their olives and have been using a lots of Alfa Laval equipment: 12 high speed separators, malaxers, crushers, olive washers. Thanks to the Il Frantolio olive oil mill’s feedback, Alfa Laval can make technological improvements, which in turn has helped the Il Frantolio grow and win prizes.
