Dual mode flexibility
Emmie includes two bowl sets, enabling operators to configure the unit for either purifier or clarifier mode. Operators can switch between modes within minutes. In purifier mode, Emmie continuously removes water from oil with high water contamination, ensuring efficient separation and optimal system performance.
How it works
Emmie features a stainless-steel trolley and a centrifugal separator with two bowl sets—one for purification and one for clarification. The unit integrates all elements, allowing you to move it easily from tank to tank.
Use purifier mode for applications where oil contains significant water contamination, as it continuously removes water.
Centrifugal force separates solids from the oil and directs them outward for easy removal. The system continuously discharges water from the bottom of the bowl. If the oil contains only traces of water, clarifier mode blocks the water outlet. You can switch between modes in minutes.
