Shell-and-coil heat exchangers
Alfa Laval offers two types of shell-and-coil heat exchangers for highly demanding duties. Header-and-coil heat exchangers are designed for demanding, large-scale applications, offering exceptional heat transfer performance and high operational reliability under cyclic conditions. Once through steam boilers are ideal for smaller, modular energy storage systems, combining the functionality of an economizer, evaporator, superheater, and steam drum into a single, fully integrated unit.
