The Alfa Laval share was first listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange in 1901 and stayed listed for 90 years, until Tetra Pak bought the company in 1991. Alfa Laval returned to the stock exchange on May 17, 2002.

Today, the share is included in the Large Cap segment of the Nasdaq OMX Nordic. It is also part of the OMXN40, an index which consists of the 40 largest and most actively traded stocks on the Nordic exchanges, as well as the OMXS30, an index which includes the 30 most actively traded stocks on the OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm.
Any person, who through his or her work has access to information that can affect share prices, is generally referred to as an "insider".
This person shall report his/her holdings, as well as the holdings of relatives to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Board and also continually report changes in such holdings.

The Board of Directors intends to recommend regular dividends that reflect the performance, the financial position, the funding arrangements and expected capital needs of the Alfa Laval Group.
Considering the cash generating capacity of the Group, a dividend of 40-50 percent of net income, adjusted for step-up depreciations, calculated over a business cycle is targeted.

There is no current mandate for buy-backs.
