Student Assistant – Employer Branding

So, what are you going to do today?

The Talent Acquisition team is part of HR Denmark and supporting the business within recruitment and employer branding (EB) related areas on Alfa Laval’s four locations in Denmark.
We also work closely together with our Talent Acquisition colleagues in Sweden.

About the job
As a student in the TA team you will be working closely together with the Senior Partners and Coordinator on our four locations supporting different areas mainly within employer branding.

Key tasks:

  • Plan, coordinate and participate in EB activities
  • Identification and mapping of possible EB activities
  • Contribute with ideas, theoretical knowledge and new trends within HR and (Employer) Branding (e.g. SoMe)
  • Support to projects in TA team
  • Administrative tasks in TA team


What you know
You are currently studying a relevant area, e.g. Communication, Marketing or HR at BA or MSc level and master both English and Danish at negotiation level (verbal and written).

Who you are
We expect you to have an interest in and some knowledge of employer branding, to be open and sociable with excellent people and communication skills.
You generate ideas, see opportunities and are not afraid of questioning and challenging existing ways.
You are conscientious about deadlines, a good planner and work in a structured way.
We also expect you to be self-driven, flexible and good at making things happen.

Practicalities
Working hours will be around 15 pr. week. The scheduling of the hours is flexible and will be adjusted to fit your studies.
The position is based in Søborg/Copenhagen, but some travel days to other locations in Denmark must be expected.
