Order Coordinator

This position will be the first line of support to customers, ensuring a timely response to all order inquiries, exceeding customer expectations.

  • Manual Customer Order entry
  • Order confirmation (Customer and supplier order)
  • Facilitate order changes (Customer and supplier order)
  • Provide updates on order status
  • Obtain and facilitate shipping instructions
  • Obtain and provide standard order and shipping documentation
  • Ensure proper routing of escalations in Service Now to the correct departments
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Entry Level Position, Customer and/or Supplier experience preferred
  • Service oriented
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Managing priorities / deadlines (Sense of urgency)
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to focus and multi-task while including handling varying call volumes
  • Able to work individually and in a team environment
  • Execute tasks based on standard operating procedures or guidelines
  • Efficient typing skills (40-45 words/min)
