Sales Manager Nordic

About the job
You will be directly responsible for the sales organization in Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark including both external sales and customer service resources. The team consist of 8 people, 4 external sales and 4 working in Customer Service. The external sales are geographically spread, while the Customer Service organization is based in Ronneby.

As Sales Manager you are responsible for the business results, while your primary task is to manage and lead your organization to grow the business in the Nordic region. You are also managing your own Key Accounts, including the Key Distribution Partner.

As a member of the global Management Team, you identify the potentials in the market, decide the focus areas, set goals and implement the strategies in your organization.

You are expected to coach and guide your staff to ensure that the overall goals are reached. You need to have a close contact with key customers and follow the changes in the market.

What you know and who you are?
To be successful in this position, it is required that you are a dialogue-oriented leader with a passion for sales and strong focus on distribution management, who works closely together with your team while handling different cultural backgrounds. You are strong in developing and maintaining relationships with customers.

You probably have a degree in engineering and are an experienced leader. You have a successful background within sales & marketing, preferably in business-to-business relations.

Your ability to lead your employees, manage our distribution partners and grow our business are the most important evaluation factors for this position. You master at least one Scandinavian language as well as English. You have an ability to see business opportunities and make strategies to secure we capture them.

The position is based in Stockholm, where you will handle your own accounts. Travel within the Nordic countries, especially Sweden and Finland, is expected and necessary to do the job satisfactory.
