About the job
Global Service is a team that is supporting our sales and service organization around the globe to improve the customers experience with us.
Your responsibility will be to define the critical capabilities needed to deliver a great service excellence in close collaboration with our Business units. You will work with Sales Companies around the world to assess our current situation and based on gaps, develop a roadmap for each sales company. The job will include both sales management as well as service execution.
The position will be based in Lund or Copenhagen.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who likes to drive change. You are great at networking and quickly make connections. You are analytical and like both details and the bigger picture.
You most likely have a university degree, have worked as a management consultant or as a manager within service.
What you know
You have worked in service and know what good service means. You have experience from project management, change management as well as analytical work. You have a passion for people and people development and realize the impact this has on providing excellent customer service.
